The Machado family, consisting of Marlene and Oscar, is a remarkable example of a couple whose journey began in different parts of the world but converged in the heart of Mesa, Arizona.
Marlene was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, and Oscar in Caracas, Venezuela. Their individual paths eventually led them to the United States, where they embarked on their educational pursuits as young students.
